What Shipping Methods are Available?

We use FedEx to ship Hoverboard and products with the weight over 10 lbs. 
With the weight under 10 lbs and small size item, we use USPS Or FedEx. 

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

We handle the shipping 1-2 business days.
And the orders in Domestic of United States, Shipping time takes 2-5 business days. 
For the international order, shipping time takes 7 - 14 Business days. 

How Do I Track My Order?

For every order we ship, we update the tracking. And you can find an email from You can view the status of your order, tracking information.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order? does not require an account to place order? However, we suggest you take a minute to create one. It would be easy to manage all of your orders and order history. :)

Need to modify your order? Changed your mind and want to cancel it? We've got you covered. While we may not be able to make every change to your recent order, you can simply cancel your order within same day after you order,* of the time you placed it and create a new order with all of the changes you need to make.

*Our shipping department cut off time is 2 PM Monday to Friday. If your order placed before 2 PM PST. Please call or email us, to make sure your order gets canceled or updated. 
By Mail
In most cases, you can ship an item back to us for a refund or replacement.
The process of returning an item by mail takes 1-3 weeks in most cases. 
A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description, and condition of original purchase.
For any replacement, it will be sent to the original "ship to" address upon receipt of the original item.
